Returns and Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  1. Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. Condition: The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging.
  3. Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@freshhealth.com.au to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. 
  2. Once you receive the RA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return or exchange along with a copy of your proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team, and make sure to include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your return or exchange as per the guidelines mentioned below.

Return Guidelines

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping costs.
  • Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process and may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

  • We will ship the requested replacement item(s) once the returned item(s) are received and inspected.
  • If the replacement item(s) are of higher value, you may be required to pay the price difference.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will resolve the issue by providing a replacement or issuing a refund, including any shipping costs.
